Approach

A deliberate process, not a CV pipeline.

Most placements fail not because the wrong person was hired, but because the wrong question was answered. We spend more time on the brief than most agencies spend on the entire engagement.

    Brief

    A working session, sixty to ninety minutes, to understand the role, the team it joins, and the bar you actually hire to. We write the position description with you, not for you.

  2. 02

    Curate

    We build a shortlist of three to five candidates from our network and the open market. Each one hand-vetted against the brief. No database dumps, no volume submissions.

  3. 03

    Introduce

    You meet only candidates we'd hire ourselves. We pre-brief both sides on context, expectations, and the specifics of the team you're building.

  4. 04

    Place

    References, offer, contract, settling in. We stay involved through the first ninety days. That is where most placements quietly fail, and where most agencies have already left.
